Urgot can prosper in any lane he goes in, after seeing him played in bot lane many people think of him only as a bottom lane champ. He is, in my opinion, the best early game laner in LoL no matter what lane he is in.
My problem with this build is that you have no CDR and the only ArPen. you have is from masteries and runes. Urgot thrives with CDR, with ~30% he can get off 4 Acid Hunters during one duration of Noxian Corrosive Charge. You should think about adding other possible item choices, such as The Brutalizer which makes his awesome early game even scarier. Frozen Heart is a fantastic tanky item that works in sync with Manamune and gives you much needed CDR.
Also you should change in your description of Atma's Impaler that the Attack bonus from health is now 1.5% not 2%.

Your guide is pretty good. Ib my opinion it is the best urgot guiede in Moba cuz the others play him as a ranged carry or full tank, but i think a bit damage and tanky is a good balance.
thx for your guide^^

I'm not going to vote just yet because this guide is currently lacking some main ideas for playing Urgot, here are my suggestions:

(1) Currently, the formatting of your guide is unfortunately quite poor, but there is one simple way to change that. jhoijhoi, a Mobafire user, created a guide about how to make a guide which teaches the basic concepts of formatting. If you would like to see it head to the top of this page, mouse over the tab labeled "Guides & Strategy", inside the box labeled "Create a Guide" it lists a page called "Getting Started Guide", and simply click there.

(2) I recommend watching some replays of M5 Genja playing Urgot because he is a professional player, who hardly ever loses when playing this champion. I will give you the link to one of the games where he played Urgot. Try to observe his item build, and his playstyle. I understand he is playing him bot lane, but his Urgot play is absolutely astounding. Here is the link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=igd9ejmkxU4

(3) Alright I am a primary solo top player, and at least half of my games have been played in that role. Your runes are okay, but the seals are only situational. The problem with the seals you are running is that they don't provide any defensive stats that allow you to trade successfully like Flat Armor Seals would. I understand how mana is vital on Urgot, but if you are going to be building a manamune already then it shouldn't be a problem. This is a similar problem for your masteries, you should try to run 21/9/0 for more defensive stats to help you trade.

I hope this information is of use to you particularly the link of M5 Genja's Urgot play. I highly suggest you follow his exact build for one game to realize how powerful it is. It may be more on the tanky side, but it works very well. Hope I helped, and have a tremendous day!

PS: If you would like to reply to this comment please do it through a Private Message because I most likely will not check this again.

Thank you for your feedback. I'll try to make less text in the guide and I'll add the section "Why Urgot Solo Top?"

If you think things could be changed or added, please write it and I'll try to include it to the guide or improve the guide.

I'm hoping you'll get to those few sections very fast, because this looks horrible.
As far as the rest goes: what's already there is a major wall of text. There's not much text there, but what is there, is in a wall. Brush up on your BBCode skills please.
I really like Urgot, but this guide just doesn't do him any good. I'd like to know WHY you play him solotop. I actually prefer him in the botlane because of his mad presence, why do you like him top?
Maybe I'll vote once you polish this guide up. It has potential, but I can't see any of it right now.
