Blitz it's your nightmare since sona doesn't have much health he can just grab you and one shot you anytime avoid hooks early game and you'll be good. poke when his Grab is on Cooldown 20 sec window to do anything and not risk much.

Introduction

Sona is a underplayed champion who doesn't get much attention up to these days. She has the potential to pretty much decided how the lane phase will go, Which could be daunting for the average player.However, this is my favorite aspect of Sona. Your team needs a Support/Mage?Play a highly high-damage, high sustain support who can kite the fight engaged disengage, pick up kills, and get out alive. She has become my favorite support this season and you cant denied the satisfaction of landing a 5 man Crescendo or a Empowered cord and take half their Health Bar.
