You're runes make no sense for Sona, she is a support the rune setup you use is worthless.
You should be running Magic Pen Marks, Armor Seals, Magic Resist Glyph's to keep you tanky and the Quints would be gold to make up for the low gold income a support gets.
The Clarity summoner spell is a bad pick, even if you are laning with a Mana Hungry carry if he is half decent with a brain he will know when to use his abilities and when not to so mana wouldn't be a big enough issue to be using a spell like Clarity. The best pick's would be Heal or Exhaust keeping the Flash for the escape.
The Items you are building makes no sense on Support Sona! Athenes Unholy Grail on Sona is worthless you wont be spamming much in the early game when you have mana problems. Liandry's, Deathfire and Deathcap are items for Ability Power Carries not a support! For a support you need active Items that buff your allies like Shurelya's, Aegis Of the Legion, Locket of the Iron Solari and on certain situations you can build a Zekes but never those 3 AP Items... It's just a terrible build...
Clarity is useless
