Here's my feedback for your guidE.

First I kinda like a guide in German as I'm native German but I don't think it really fits very well on a english page. Furthermore you should really use a spell check on your guide or better send it to a friend to cross-read it. There is almost no sentence without errors or completely wrong words and it seems that you don't like punctuation at all. Awfull to read.

To the guide itself

Runes:
Your rune recommandations are ****. You choose F-rank marks and seals even if you can't benefit at all from the additional CDR because as CzarnianoBR already mentioned CDR caps at 40%. And you don't just take runes for a good early game if they will get completly useless later on.

Skills:
Skill Explanation doesn't mean copy the tool tip. Everyone can read it if they go mouse over.

Items:
You don't get a single gold item as a support with no farm? That's kinda strange and ineffectiv.
Next you say Zeke's Herald is a absolute "must" but there are limitations to the use of a buff aura that almost just benefits ADs. So this item is very far from beeing a "must".
By the way you don't mention Aegis of the Legion which most players as extremly usefull due to its different defensive buffs and low cost.
Spirit Visage is also an awsome choice. You already mention that the CDR at that point is useless but you really want the healing buff. How often do you heal yourself to waste so much on an item to get that buff.
Last but not least why do you just go for 4 items? I don't like to just get 5 but for that I can see a good reason. Only 4 is completey wasted potential.

Carry partner section:
Why do you think these carries are the best to play with? Any reasons or did you just want to add another part to the guide without thinking about it?
