this build i got when i first started and hope u enjoy. i twicked it for season 3.
Pros / Cons
[*] unlimited invisibilty of teemo's passive
[*] teemo's ult can be used as a ward
[*] basic attacks deal extra damage over time thanks to
Toxic Shot[*] super fast due to
Move QuickCons
[*] Squishy
[*] most of they time targeted by the enemy team first
[*] passive takes a few secs to activate
[*] cant do much against champs with very high magic resist
