Introduction

Hello people, I am Yoshiq and this is my guide to Hecarim. With this build, you can reach 1000 movement speed by activating+ + + , and this plus Hecarim's passive = Infinite AD!

I use Hecarim as a jungler, because he go through jungle camps really fast and gank lanes even if there is a ward in the brush, because of your insane speed.

Items

The set of items I propose in this build guide provides excellent movement speed, critical strike chance and attack speed. Hecarim's damage output is greatly amplified with these items because of his passive, Warpath. These items are really good if you know how to time your E well, because if the set is used right, you can burst enemies down really quick.

If you want, you can trade yourfor a , as it will increase your tankiness and give almost the same amount of movement speed.

Runes

I take armor penetration marks because it maximizes my early damage output, flat armor seals to become more tanky and to lower the damage received by the jungle monsters, magic resist per level glyphs to become less squishy and movement speed quints to increase my ganking power.

Masteries

I use 6/15/9, taking Ghost enhancement and attack speed in offense, tankiness and movement speed in defense and movement speed in utility.

This set helps me have better use of my passive and helps me to be more tanky, because of the lack of tanky items.

Jungling

When jungling, start at the blue golem with a leash. Use auto-attacks combined with your Q (Rampage) and finish the golem with smite. Remember: Always finish the last minion of the camp with your Q, so you can enjoy its reduced cooldown at other camps. Proceed to the wolves, and then to the wraiths. Go fight red. If you have done everything right until now, at the moment you are fighting red your smite is not up yet. Don't be afraid of red, even without smite you can kill him because of your W's heal. When you finish red, proceed at the golems, finish the bigger one with smite and the other with auto-attacks + Q. When you finish killing them, run to the wolves again and kill them fast. Go back to your base.

Ganking

To gank a lane, activate your E on the way to the lane, and try to attack the enemy champion that you ganking while facing your turret to push the enemy towards it. Right before hitting the enemy with your E, use your Q to dish out more damage. With your attacks combined with your team's laner, kill your target. If the target is able to run anyway and you are not level 6 yet, activate Ghost and chase the enemy until you kill him. If you are already at level 6 or higher, when the enemy starts running aim your ultimate in front of him to make him flee to the other way besides his turret and finish him with your Q and a few basic attacks.

Team Fights

When engaging in a teamfight, let the tank in your team initiate it and then activate everything you have that boosts your movement speed and go after their AD carry. When you get close to him, push him towards your team with your E and finish him off. Because your E increases your AD (Hecarim's passive) use your Q right before you attack the AD carry. Upon finishing him off, use your ultimate to hit the highest number of enemies possible. Attack the most squishy enemy with auto-attacks and Q. If you have done everything right, the teamfight is yours.

Pushing

If you want to push a lane, charge your E and attack the turret. Don't use your Q or W if an enemy champion is near the turret, or else it will start attacking you. If you are pushing the nexus or doing a base-race, activate your items plus ghost to deal tons of damage.
