fiddlesticks has a awsome setup of crowdcontrol abilities, wich is the #1 criteria for a support, even though he lack strenghts such as tankiness, heals and shields he do have a decent poke without stacking ap and his ultimate will make a circle of chaos among enemys if played right.
He also have the great sustain from drain wich makes health regenration unneccesary for fiddle and if u decide to build him tanky, despite my reccomendations, he will make a great poke eater for your carry.
