Heyhey! My name is Thibo aka Punish and I've been one tricking talon for a couple of years now. In this guide I will walk you through items, combos and matchups.

WHY CHOOSE TALON
Why would you pick Talon over any other midlaner?
There are multiple reasons why I believe Talon is the best midlaner to climb elo with.
Talon takes Little skill to play and pull off
Talon is probably one of the best early game champions in the game as of now.
Talon can easily hypercarry by using his mobility to the fullest.
I'm convinced anyone can play Talon as long as you put some hours into him, it doesn't take much to play him well but it does take hundreds of hours before you can perfect your skill on him.
I've been playing him ever since he got his rework and still don't feel accomplished with my skill on the champion.

TRADING IN LANE
Trading in lane all depends on your stacks, think of Talon as playing a mini game. Try to get all 3 stacks on your passive.
W + Q + AA
This is probably the most used combo in lane, this makes you proc your passive instantly. If you can pull these of on LVL 2 you instantly gain more lane priority.
W + Q + R + AA
This is your combo with your R up, insanely fast and when used correctly can guarantee a kill.

LATE GAME ON TALON
Talon falls off pretty hard, during the later stages of the game try to stay on the sidelanes to put pressure.
You can use your high mobility to join fights and get picks.
