I agree, the guide does need more bbcode, but other than that its a great build, I play taric as my main myself, I build him very different to this. But my build doesn't matter, this is a great build, you will be very hard to push out of lane, and will deal a good chunk of damage with it. Anyway I liked it, I gave +1 :P

Well, I love the fact that you're trying something new. I love when people experiment with new builds, and I've never played Taric so I can't really comment on the validity of your build. My biggest problem is the lack of BB coding, your guide just isn't attractive enough to read through.
