The masteries shown here are not yet updated for the current season, the guide author needs to set up the new masteries. As such, they will be different than the masteries you see in-game.
Firstly, Taric is a roller-discoing-pink-power-ranger-knight who is ****ing fabulous. This build takes into account these things to maximise his fabulous shining power that converts any gay homophobe (List of Taric's Victims). Once Taric has converted them, he easily dazzles them and shatters there chastity belt before imbuing them with his radiance.
Take flash to travel in shining flashing style over walls to close the distance to your victims who try to run from such a fabulous hero.
Take ignite to burn them in flame-bouyance.
Take e at level one to dazzles the enemy team when they try to scuff your armour. Then max R>W>Q>E.
Take flat MR blues for survivability.
Take HP/lvl yellows for health at 18.
Take flat magic pen reds for magic pen.
Take flat AP quints for AP.
Points in general AP stuff in offensive (21/9/0), with defensive MR for low levels and health for late game, and Fury for attack speed to use with his passive.
Flask 2xHealth 1xMana
Boots 2xHealth 1xMana
Then rush a tear to stack mana for passive. Then a nashors for the attack speed and AP as well as free CDR (NURF THIS **** ITS BROKEN, (see AP leona mid(comming soon))). Finally finish either manamune or pen/tenacity boots then the other, to stack mana faster and for bonus AD and mana, or boots for damage or resistance as needed. Finally get spirit visage for bonus heals, CDR and health. Finishing off with deathcap or randiuns next as needed, for more damage or survivability.
Early game he mostly farms, at level 4 (especially if your gonna get second, or first blue) start E>W poking your lane, but beware as you can be easily ganked without E off CD to stun the ganking enemy jungler.
At 6 you can start really damaging the enemy, E>R>W>auto them to get a lot of damage on them (potentially killing with ignite). As ult has a low CD with this build (something like 40 seconds lategame) you can poke repeativly to push them out. Furthermore your heal will do a lot more with ult aura up, however beware as it used a lot of mana.
Late Game Burst Rotation
Tip: Use DFG as you run the distance to use R and W after hitting your E.
Note: Autos lower CD on Q, by late game u can heal roughly every 3-4 seocnds if you're hitting someone. Dont forget heal whoever is lowest on your team (especially AD carrys) as you also recieve some healing.
AP Taric, whilst fabulous, if very fun mid (or top, suggest starting cloth 5xHealth if against high poke ADs) and does supprisingly alot of burst and sustain for your team. The super buff from ult also means that your teams output is greatly increased along with his OP W aura for armour. Futhermore, his low CD heals (with autos and 39%-40%CDR) means that poke teams will have issues seiging your team under turret.
Also America, ALUMINIUM HAS A ****ING "I" 3 letters from the end, its pronounced AL-OO-MIN-IUM, not AL-OO-MIN-UM
