I have some problemes with your build wich are the reason as to why I -1. If you disagree with some of my point tell me what you think and meaby ill remove my -1, who knows meaby ill make it into a +1.

-Skill order: Dmg isn't what is OP about DAZZLE, it's its stun. It's what we call a 1 point wonder, one point is all you need. Yes more dmg is fun but when you compare what you loose by not maximising SHATTER first it's obvious that the harrass DAZZLE gives doesn't come close to the survivability from SHATTER.

-Glyphs: This is really minor. In fact its more of a tip. You don't mention any CD reduction Glyphs. Taric's stun is a death sentence in team figth second only to BG's grab, you need to be able to cast it as often as possible. The lack of the mention CD in both items and runes is a flaw.

-5GP10 items: It seems that you don't fully understand what makes 5GP10 items so good(or at least thats the idea I get from your build). A 5GP10 item need around 21 min to pay itself and put you in the profit zone, 30 min if your going to sell it reather then upgrading it. Getting 3 and then selling all of them lather on is just dumb(sry). The other advantage for someone to have 5GP10 items is to have a faster income rate to buy more wards faster but if you go and buy 3 5GP10 for that why not focus on being a warder because you can't buy this much wards to the point were you need 3 5GP10 items and honestly hope to buy all that late gear. It seems to me your trying to do too many thing at once with your builds.

-Early/lategame: You are not a carry. You are the guy that makes sure that carry become carry. So thinking so much about your late game at the expend of your early game can actualy make your whole team's overall late game worst then it could be.

I've added a small section of ultimate usage, backed up with some math. I'll see if I can make it into a graph later. Currently I am just too busy with work related stuff to be able to.

Yeah... Um, I actually tried something very similar to this build (had Zhonya's Hourglass instead of the Rabadon's Deathcap and a Mercury's Treads instead of the Ionians) and came to a conclusion that Taric is very good in laning but not so useful in teamfights because of his cooldown on his stun, and in general, his ultimate. I would probably go for the Ionians next time, but one thing that I would really wan't to know more about is how to use his ultimate in depth. Every time I'm in a teamfight or a fight, I never get focused as Taric and therefore have a full stack of life. I tried to use it during teamfights to boost damage done, but it spams so much mana early-mid game and in general, never actually know when to use it (the increase in cost is so irritating). If you have the chance to reply or re-publish the part, please do :) I would appreciate it a lot.

Yeah I could write about ultimate usage. Brief summary about it would be that your ulti does not have to be on all the time. Its more beneficial to keep it up for a few seconds at the start of the fight (when all the cooldowns are blown) and when you're getting focused.

I'll also try to add some pictures and more strategies as the guide is a wall of text on its current form and might not be that pleasant to read.

I'll also add a section about cooldown control.

You do know taric is a tank/support right xd? i felt you build him more offensive tanky:P. Its nice though so

+1!

Sometimes the best defense is a good offense :)

A support char, whose only function is to help someone else is almost like one less team member (and support abilities more hp for the team carry). I think even supports should be able to do their part in the damage dealing area.

A good stun with damage leads to faster kills for carry and makes you worth targetting in their stead. Working as both offensive support and a tank tactics.
