Introduction : Why should i choose this build?

cause hes awesome, FB is always in your team thanks to your great stun.
your team can stay in the lane forever thanks to your heal,clarity and mana regen aura Taric is the perfect laning partner hes a healer/tank and rarely dies thanks to his heal and ultimate the best laning partner with Taric is Shaco he has a grear ambush ability, enough survivability and great damage the only thing you have to do as Taric is stun and heal Shaco will do almost all the damage and wont die!

Runes

AP per LvL in Blue is the best to take to make your heal stronger and it is the best choice for healing Taric.

I believe that Mana Regen is the best choice for yellow.

Health for quintences for FB you dont have any armor or magic resist yet and you most usualy tank early game.

Items

Ionian Boots of Ludicity : For some great CD reduction to spam your heal

Soul Shroud : really love this item your laning buddy wont get out of mana and you can keep healing hin and yourself combined with your Passive

Chalice of Harmony : Gives some nice Magic Resistance and a great mana regen effect
Aegis of the Legion : Make yourself a tank and give your allys a great defence bonus together with your Shatter

Will of Ancients : Spell vamp and AP for every 1 Taric pwns with this item cuz your team will have 3 auras from your items and Taric's heal and ulti will become OP

Rabadons Deathcap : you have some good defence and mana regen time for some more AP, if you get this item it means that it is a long game and everybody will have alot of health so you need more AP to make your heal powerfull and do good damage

With all this items your team will be unstopable and you wont even feel the enemy's attacks with other words Certain Victory!

Skills

(Innate): Taric loves to socket magical gems into all of his weapons, resulting in his melee attacks replenishing his mana for 7.5% of damage dealt.

Tip: Great to use on mobs to regain your mana

(Active): Taric channels earthen energy to heal his target. As the magic flows through him he is healed for the same amount. If Taric heals only himself, the heal will be 40% more effective. Melee attacks on enemies decrease this spell's cooldown by 2 seconds per hit.

* Range: 625

Cooldown: 16 / 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 seconds

Cost: 80 / 95 / 110 / 125 / 140 Mana

Heal: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+1.1 per ability power)

Tip: dont hit something while healing to lower its cooldown

(Passive Aura): Taric hardens crystals around him, providing bonus armor to himself and nearby allies. He gains twice the listed amount that allies receive.

(Active): Taric shatters the crystals surrounding him, dealing magic damage to nearby enemies and decreasing their armor for 4 seconds. The passive is not in effect during the cooldown.

* Cooldown: 16 seconds
* Aura Area of Effect: 625 (estimate)
* Shatter Area of Effect: 400 (estimate)

Cost: 50 / 60 / 70 / 80 / 90 Mana

Armor: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30

Magic Damage: 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 (+0.5 per ability power)

Armor Reduction: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25 / 30

Tip: best to use on end so you have more armor in battle

(Active): Taric emits a brilliant ball of prismatic light at an enemy from his gemmed shield, dealing magic damage (lower damage the farther the target is), and stunning them for 1 - 2 seconds (higher stun the farther the target is).

* Cost: 95 Mana
* Range: 650

Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 seconds

Magic Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 80 / 100 - 80 / 160 / 240 / 320 / 400 (+1 per ability power)

Tip: always tell your ally with blings or a message when you use your stun and best use it on start

(Toggle Aura): Taric emits a brilliant light, healing himself each second and increasing his attack damage (half effect for nearby allied champions). The cost to sustain Radiance increases each second.

* Cooldown: 20 seconds
* Initial Cost: 20 Mana
* Area of Effect: 550

Upkeep Cost: 4 / 7 / 10 Additional Mana per Second

Heal: 30 / 40 / 50 (+0.2 per ability power)

Damage Increase: 30 / 60 / 90

Tip: use to break a turret or to tank never use this for healing out combat

Summoner Spells

Clarity : this is the most importand Power and you should always have this.
Ghost : Dont like Teleport? then choose this (always choose this in 3v3)
Teleport : My personal favorite Taric never has to recal for health or mana but he has to recal for items so this is a good solution without losing xp and it can also be used to teleport to a teamfight
