Teemo's best laning partners are The best laning partners need to be tanky or have a heal for Teemo to stay alive.

Pros / Cons

Pros: Teemo is an on hit champion so you do not have to rely on his abilities. His passive allows him to get out of sticky situations. He has a blind (good for countering other adcs). He has a massive amount of map awareness use his shrooms as temporary wards.
Teemo is NOT tanky at all so use his W to run for your life.

Farming

Farming is very easy with Teemo as long as you have Toxic Shot you should be able to farm out entire lanes very easily. You are able to deny the other adc's farm with Blinding Dart and get some good trades off as they can't attack you while blinded.
