Teemo - King of the Crystal Scar

Introduction



Teemo is by far the best champion to play on the popular game type; Dominion, and this guide was created to show you why. This particular Teemo is designed to hit hard during the first few fights and snowball extremely fast into a killing machine. By later in the game you should be able to take on multiple enemies single-handedly with no problem.

vs and , with the help of a few tower shells, will be one sided with the advantage to Teemo at 20 minutes. If you follow this guide, I will assure you that you will be dominating the battlefield with no problems.

Masteries

Offense: 21 Defense: 9

1 in to increase your summoner spells, and .

Take the obvious route to put 1 in and another in .

Then, put 6 more into any that applies to you and finish Offense off with 1 point in .

Then put any 9 points into Defense, making sure that you have at least 1 in .

Anything relatively close to this basic mastery build will be fine, if you have other preferences.

9 greater mark of desolation - For early game fights.

Glyphs:



9 Greater Glyph of Magic Resist - For extra defense.

Seals:



9 Greater Seal of Armor - For more defense.

Quintessences:



3 Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed - For a much needed boost of attack speed.

Items

The most important part of this guide:



Start off with:

Boots of Speed and a Prospector's Blade and head to the top capture point, using your Ghost and .

By the time you are back at your platform, you should be able to grab your Berserker's Greaves and almost afford your Malady.

Stay towards the upper half of the map, only occasionally wandering towards the bottom half of the map when you need to and you should be able to afford the following items between big fights and during deaths; Preferably in this order

Spells

Summoner Spells



Ghost and Exhaust are going to be your bread and butter for Dominion.

Ghost is used for ensuring that you cap towers and keep your current towers.

Exhaust is vital to your snowballing. Early to Middle game, you will run into a lot of 1v1s.

(Right-click, Q, Rick-click, EXHAUST) will win you almost every battle, whether you run into a tank, an AD carry, or anybody else that will run into.

Ability Sequence



Toxic Shot

Grab your Toxic Shot as often as possible; make sure you max it early.

Blinding Dart

Your Blinding Dart is second-most important, so take a point in it over your W.

Move Quick

Max this last, even though it is very valuable in Dominion, your other abilities are more important.

Noxious Trap

Get this ability at 6, 11 and 16 and place them throughout the center of the map, and occasionally near towers.

Summary

In one of the many games I've played, following this guide, I ended up 29 4 8. I rushed top tower, using Move Quick and Ghost with my teamates, killed 2/3 opposing team, wounded the third, and capped the tower. The rest of the game, we had 3-4 of our team on bottom lane, as they tried to cap/defend against the opposing 2 champions. The other 3 of the champions would attack the turret that I defended. In this case, the former mentioned, Hecarim, Darius and Jax were the attackers. Jax would jump in, Hecarim would tank the tower, and Darius would DPS. But the result was always the same. TRIPLE KILL!

All in all, this build should guarantee you not only win your dominion matches, but dominate them! This is my first Guide, so give me some constructive criticism :)
