this my first time doing something like this i had hard time playing teemo till this season where some runes made it feel like teemo was op for me i posted now i wanna hear from others that play him so far i got around 11/3 and can easy dominate if i can just play teemo right glacial augment(rune) and cheap shot (rune) and Liandry torment seems to be a real good combo since cheap shot works of glacial and liandry torrment does double with out the need for rylas crystal or frozen hammer so far this has worked for me in top and adc next i will be trying it in jg and mid and seeing how good this really is again plz give feedback
