I reckon that really depends on what stage you are in the game in reference to the AP carries. Early game and early-mid game encounters with AP carries can really hurt unless positioning and skill usage is brilliant. Something like kiting in and out of the brush will really annoy AP carries like Annie, stealth is also something you should consider adding into your guide, well positioned stealth can both confuse and damage/gank enemies who run out of position. But may I suggest, AP teemo is really out of fashion atm, for high level play with skilled players, teemo is much better as AS or Hybrid. But I guess that is personal choice.

Another problem i'm noticing is with your runes. Your glyphs and seals can be replaced with much better runes that will suit your play style. For example, you mention you have a difficult time early game, switch up maxing toxic shot with blinding dart. Blinding dart provides a large damage boost early game where as maxing toxic shot should be considered for AS Teemo builds. Since you are building a lot of AP the damage scale to blinding dart is amazing. Hence glyphs that increase AP per level should be considered or simply flat out AP glyphs. To help with Teemo's early game, seals that should be brought along should be flat HP seals or Armor seals, if you realistically think about this, 10% reduction on runes can be easily replaced with say Morello's Evil Tome which you do mention.

All in all, shroom placements look okay but I rather dislike how you set up a rectangle for mid laning. That is simply a waste of shrooms, believe it or not shrooms may seem like they come in an infinite supply but count the number of shrooms you actually manage to obtain a in an average length game, you'll be surprised. And since this is an AP build from what I see, drop the Doran's blade at the beginning and just take Doran's Ring, but with the right runes you might even be able to begin with amplifying tome and pots, hence working towards an early Evil Tome or even Hextech (A good item if you need to transition to hybrid). Your comment about getting boots of mobility needs to be reworked, from what I am reading are you stating that if the enemy is building MR you would suggest Boots of Mob? Because if MR is being built that is more of a reason to obtain a sorcerer's.

Lastly about the champions that teemo is good against, you'll be surprised what teemo can do to most AD Ranged champions. A well timed blinding dart causes a lot of issue for many AD range champions. Too bad the same cannot be said about AP ranged heroes, teemo should really avoid most AP ranged champions such as Annie, which is probably why teemo is more effective in a lane rather than in mid. Not saying that all teemos should be in lane but that unless you have exceptional control and positioning, avoid mid laning with high nukers.

Alot of work can be done on this guide such as a more in depth explanation of skills and how to combo and time your skill usage, but keep it up.

I just found this build in the newly posted builds and there are ALOT of problems with this build. I'd like to help you out in many ways to help you improve this guide but it has just gone of the wrong foot. I'd also like to point out to you that Archangels staff is a NO NO on Teemo and does not make you go from 400 ap to 600 ap.

I apologise but -1 for me, I hope you can improve this.
