Basically, Teemo is the best ward in the game, well im gonna tell you guys, what i do to try to win when i play Teemo. Normally i play top with teemo, so what i try to do, it's kill my enemy in early game, between level 3,4,5, because is when enemy is more squishy, you have your poison, your ignite, it's easy first blood, if the enemy is ranged will be a hard match(maybe), if your enemy is melee, i advice you to dont let him farm, when he try to farm, just poke him hard you can, when you reach level 6, basically, put your Mushrooms(ultimate) for eveywhere, every part of the map, teemo ultimate it's just awesome it works has wards but with damage, i advice you to put some Mushrooms(ultimate) around the Baron and Dragon too, because they can have the idea to do it and if someone of enemy team, go's in Mushrooms(ultimate) direction, the Dragon or the Baron, can be yours, like always try to split push a bit, put your Mushrooms(ultimate) for everywhere, stay behind your team in team fight's, because if someone jump's on you like Vi or something, you can die in easly, depends, well guys so that's it, just do your best, about the items, the build, that i made, i think i dont have to explain the reason why i choose thoose items, i think you all guys know, right? have fun.
