In this, you just focus on farming and poking. Don't all in your opponent because you have no getaway once you've aggressively used sprint. Get gold and try to keep the enemy of farming. You win against most ad based champions pre-6. So they don't dare come near you. Beware of ganks.
Once you have your wits end finished, you can go a little more aggressive. You'll stack your fervor of battle up nicely and because of wits end and your poison you deal a nice amount of hybrid damage, place shrooms defensively in the river and lane bushes. Once a male goes in to fight with you you place a shroom directly on top of them to damage them even more and slow them if they want to run away.

By now you should almost have your runaans as well. This is great for team fights because of the aoe Magic resist shred you'll get from this. Don't try anything rash yet. Focus on getting more items, as this is kind of a mid-late game build.

This is where you begin to shine. My favourite thing to do is wait stealthily in a bush with shroom around me, once someone steps in of of your shrooms immediately start to attack them and blind them and ****, most of the time you'll kill them before the slow wears off. In teamfights focus on the usual priority targets. Although even tanks shouldn't be much of a problem. If you get into a 1 on 1 with someone, don't forget to blind them.
