The runes are simply there to boost up your early game. Life steal and a bit of armour penetration will definitely help you at early game. Strongly recommended.

The masteries I have chosen should increase your damage output and also boost your ability to escape in early game easier.

The items I have chosen give you AD, Health, Attack Speed, A Tiny Bit Of AP and Mana of course! Lifesteal is recommended at early game so you can stay on your lane longer.

His W should be focused, as it gives tons of damage, stuns, AoE effect and restores your mana. E should be maxed second and Q last as it is totally useless until you buy ability powah !

TF is an excellent ganker, due to his Ultimate and Stun combination, which can efficiently stop an escaping enemy. The key to this is the ability to correctly judge his timing so you won't teleport too far from a running enemy. Efficient TF gank can take down most non-tank champions around the half hp mark.

TF has really good skills that helps him to farm early and late game. His W (Red Card) has an AoE effect damaging large number of minions at once. This is particularly good for harassing enemy champions that are standing next to their minions, as well as clearing minion waves at high AD. This makes him very good at early game in combination with his passive.

AD TF is OP when played correctly just like any other champ so have fun inventing your own builds (^^) !
