I recommend taking armor when you're against ad mids like talon and zed. Scaling surpasses regular health ones at lvl 6 i believe, when ahri gains a lot of her kill potential.

" Athene's Unholy Grail Don't really recommend this, especially since the nerfs." Why? Under what circumstances would you get it? Before/after what other items?
" Morellonomicon If you're gonna get a mana item, get this as opposed to the Chalice." Why is it better than Athene's? Again, under what circumstances would you get it? What item would you replace it with?
" Scrying Orb Is ok, but i prefer the sweeper." Why do you prefer Sweeper? What circumstances would you get Scrying? When would you get it? What is it used for?

Thanks for the feedback, going to add more detail to the rest of the items as well as the ones you mentioned, and other parts of the guide.

Edit: have fixed the errors you pointed out, as well as added more detail to Runes, Items, and Matchups.
