Alright I dont get how this build is good... I feel like my build is better no offense but ill tell you why.. From a zilean builder to another zilean builder. You dont take advantage of your spamming. By maxing rewind late game your not taking advantage of your spamming. although time warp is needed its more useful later on in game.

Alright your items are so mixed its weird.. Why is rod of ages so late in game? shouldn't you get that sooner so you can take advantage of its maxing?
Also soul shroud is not needed....you already give a lot to your team just by being able to revive. Later in Mid-High Elo people only care that you can revive and you can revive them in 20 seconds again. Which brings me back to your skills Rewind > Time warp. you need to be able to revive your teammates A.S.A.P
And Dora Ring + Mana manipulator is probrably what you use to regenerate your mp.. while you could just use tear of goddess. Your getting items that are not needed. And if you need mana you can always get golem you should be strong enough to kill him. At first tear will suck but later on in game this will save you money and will be worth it.... Rethink this stuff. +0

Same here, i just dont like the CDR Glyph & Quints. Played your build 5 times now and am pretty happy with it. Marks and Seals are same (Mpen,Mp5/Lvl) and for Glyphs i have AP/Lvl and Quints FLat AP, going with an 9/0/21 build i still have that much CDR that i can perma "haste" with rewind as soon as rewind and haste are 5. For me my rune build is more then enough for CDR issues combinded with 9/0/21 and Soul Shroud. Anyway nice item build -> +1 dude
