Nice guide. I often play Akali more-so in Dominion than I do in classic 5v5 - 3v3 etc, But still, there is next to no difference in the two when playing Akali. The explanations are a bit short, but have all the necessary information in it. Could possibly do with a little more explanation on early, mid and late game and a bit more information on your rune choices.

I sort of disagree on getting greater marks of desolation the majority of her damage is magic damage especially from her passive and all her skills. Hence the better rune choice would be Greater Mark of Magic Penetration.

as for summoner spells, I disagree with Promote. While laning you should not be pushing as it exposes you to ganks, makes it harder to farm as their minions will be close to their tower and makes it harder to last hit safely as Akali. Her only safe last hitting skill is using Mark of the Assassin which has like a 6 sec cooldown. which means you might miss 2 creep kills each wave. Ghost isn't too bad of a pick on Akali. More like used for escaping on Akali.

Correct me if I am wrong but your magic damage passive will not be triggered at level 1? It really helps to get both passive going on at level 1. One passive makes last hitting a bit easier with the bonus damage and one passive helps you sustain better with the spell vamp.

I like your item build sequence and skill sequence. it looks great! To improve on this guide you should explain the masteries a bit. I usually go 21/9/0 and hence not sure why you would go 21/0/9. If you explained it, it might provide me with some insight as an akli player.

good guide... but your chapters seem out of order. you put summary at the top when it should be at the bottom of the guide and pros/cons should be at the top. +1 for now

Upvoted for you. I like the build. Maintained the spell vamp for sustain, but also introduced health and high damage output throughout the game. Well explained as well

One of the best builds I've seen. Only adjustment I'd make is boots of swiftness for mag pen boots. Because akali's abilities ap scalars arent great, id reccomend mag pen rune.
