This guide should be revised and fixed up a little more and it can make top of the list the more people who view and comment :D.

This is the best guide i've seen for Evelynn.
1st 4 games w/ AP Evelynn i lose and go negetive ratio (4 times)

2nd 2 games after AD I have 10+ kills positive and carry the game. I also love Maldred's Razors for her they are amazing

The builds themselves are pretty solid, so kudos for that. Your guide, however, is an entirely different story. I would recommend reading back over my Guide to Making a Guide and trying to implement in some coding. You also said you ran this through a spell check, when you clearly haven't. Please do so.

Your guide does need some work. For your Masteries and Runes, the Mobafire BBCoding looks really good, also some images itself of the specific items would make your guide looks really nice! This guide can do very very well with some more revisions.
