People won't understand how strong her jungle is until you try it yourself. Morgana Jungle is really fun and can be meta breaking just give it a try.

Creeping / Jungling

Make sure you get a hard leash on RED buff, -> To wolves back and build up for your jungle item and back to BLUE buff and everything should be running smooth from there on.

Pros / Cons

PROS-
Morgana can give the best ganks because of here Q
Here Q isnt every Viable right now (who knows why but it isnt)
E can save you or a teammate from getting caught out which is a game changer
Her Ultimate is amazing of course
Cons-
Slow AA
You pretty much have no escape if you dont land your Q while getting chased
