I would change relict shield and face of the mountain to ancient coin and the following two Items build out of the coin.
But so far so good. Tried it today and got a nice and clean win.

Forgot to say something 'bout your ability sequence.
I' rather begin with Q E W E Q R and skill the E as primary. Q & W depending on the given situation.
Why? - 'cause the E is a nice Skill to put some extra damage to prepare the last hit for your adc, during Q & W skillup mostly just give a reduced cd.
Would like to hear your opinion to this stragety.
