Even before the re-work, Vladimir had the kit for mid lane. His Q for harass/sustain, W for escape, and E for poke. His stats are very much like other mid-laners

Dueling- R+Q+E+Ignite OR E-charge+R+Q+Ignite (If its a secure kill, you can add W pool)
Teamfight- R+E+Q+W+Q+E

---9/10 If Mega-Gnar can catch any of them, your abilities will destroy them
---9/10 Same as Gnar, Yasuo's tornado/ult can give you enough time to wreak havoc and his wind wall will sustain you from damage
---8-10 Alistar can keep them up at the air and tank damage while you can destroy them
---7-10 Trundle's field and pillar skill is a domination where your enemies are slowed for you to kill them
---7-10 Shaco's ganks are amazing with Vladimir, his Jack in The Box can stall enough time for you to do a whole combo on them
