You got my vote! I'd advise against opening with Spray and Pray as your first hit though unless you absolutely need to. You have a greater chance to whiff by opening up. Also if they make it to their tower you can use your ult to hit them once or twice out of tower range -> expunge

And yes that paint skill is awesome

As some refutation to comments you already received utility is fine as a second tree. The moment speed helps a lot. The best defense for Twitch isn't your stats it's your lovely Twitch brain

I'll be first to say, I did not read through the whole guide as of yet. I don't have time atm but I may come back. I say this because your guide may have done some clarification where the cheat sheet does not.

Keep in mind the cheat sheet is generally made to be your ideal build. Your ideal build certainly isn't bad, but it doesn't cover all the bases. Glyphs of warding will protect you from ap early game, but that's it. I don't understand why you're stacking armor over and over. Damage output is lacking a bit but the utility of it kiiiinda makes up for it, in a "not really" kind of way.

Your item build gives you insufficient damage early on, atma's is sort of built late along with your IE.

Your mastery page is off. I'd rather you spec those 9 points into the defensive tree then to simply throw it around the other two trees.

The strategies explained in this build are subpar. It comes off as you seriously not understanding the reasonings behind what you do, as if you were using someone else's build and just poorly copying what they said.

Overall, your damage blows in this build.

You call this build "the roaming rat" build, and yet you don't even pick up Mobility Boots.

Overall, I don't approve of this guide.

Yeah, i know Frozen mallet is a bit strange, but think about it.
Later, in Teamfights, they focus the sh't out of you. So thats why i get a bit Life.

I'll join in and help counter that -1, but I'd strongly suggest you trade out some of that armor for some MR. You should probably explain each item as well, since they aren't textbook choices. Another thing to consider is that you guide mentions selling your Wriggle's Lantern so I would advise you to add another item in the build so that the guide shows both that you should in fact sell it and also show the stats from the item to replace it.

Anyways, you should go into details about laning and roaming, when to go roam.
Inform people about your abilities how they function, and how to use them.

Very strange build. I find, personally frozen mallet and atmas really weird on Twitch.
Because: Twitch is all about positioning and killing your target before he even realises your there, so extra hp and armor is a bit low on him. This build will also do relatively LOW DAMAGE. You find crit-strikes LUXERY on Twitch(just wow) and you have a Black cleaver along with very little attackspeed.
