How about swapping out Sunfire/Omen for Seeker Armguards and then building towards either the Hourglass or Witchcap?

They both add armour and AP, I know they're expensive, but gold shouldn't be an issue with Philosopher's.

HoG - i think, as cho is not the nuke champ till endgame, philo is better to stay in lane and survive even against good harrass.

omen - this is more a personal choise of myself, because i dont really like randuins after it got nerfed. But as I said in the build section you need at least 1 armor and 1 magic resistance item, or 2 mixed resistance items. It is not that important which item you buy.

You should add playstyle (early game, mid, late), masteries, and so on but I like this guide (especially the idea of taking early vorpal spikes), I tried it and went 8-3-11 against top riven
