Some comments. I largely agree with your guide, but your defenseive masteries seem a bit off. I personally would find a point in the defensive tree for oppression it - just seems to go so well with Pillar of Ice. I do like the points in both recovery and enchanted armor - this is something I've been thinking about trying and its nice to see someone else has already done it.

Runes are always a personal choice but with the latest changes to Doran's Blade, Armor Seals and Life Steal Quints, I curious to whether you have tried Armor Quints and Health Seals instead.

For items I like the way you have the separate builds General (vs AD), vs AP and Tank, but I do think for new players you should spend a few paragraphs explaining which items are absolute core for each build and why you think so. A few sentences explaining what situation you should use the situational items in would help beginning players a great deal, IMO.

As a suggestion, you should at least put the ability pics next to his powers when you talk about them. I already knew the names of his powers so the lack of pics didn't bother me - but not everyone will know the power names.

I think your cheat sheet is solid even though you mention far to many situational items in my opinion. In spite of that, your guide lacks of appealing additions like pictures, columns and so on which you can look up here.
