Trynda is sometimes squishy but very offensive, like kog'maw (the broken adc). All you need to do is ward the bushes at the river and see who can carry the enemy team. You must always change your build depending on the game. When you don't have a tank in your team you will have to be the one. Your ult makes you tanky but that's not what we only want. But you always need the static shiv so don't forget it.

Tryndamere after he buys the static shive he can easily farm and split push. So it won't be a problem especially after level 8 or 10.

I chose these runes because the most important things for Trynda are 1) Attack Speed and 2) Critical Chance. After these two are 1) Critical Damage and 2) Damage. You have to take only some percent critical chance because when the red bar is empty, you don't have critical chance so you can't start a fight or a team fight. So you must have at least some and as Brofresco says: You either die or live - this little percent of chance can make the difference. After that you'll have to focus ond attacks speed and after that on damage. That's why you take so mucj attack speed from the Runes.
