Introduction

Tryndamere is a fairly simple to play AD Top laner who focuses mainly on late game damage output and early-mid game split pushing.
Things I'd recommend before going into a game as tryndamere

Turn quickcast on Trust me when I say this is the only thing you need while play tryndamere, it makes using his E in get away's or chases much simpler and that's basically it.

Runes

The Runes are pretty basic Runes for harassing and killing enemies during laning phase, the armor is so while you harass someone they do less damage to you and that same thing applies to Lifesteal.

Masteries

Masteries are pretty basic 21/9/0 masteries for almost any AD Champion.

Items

Items give AD and Attack Speed/Crit Chance which is what Tryndamere is all about.
You can start Statik Shiv instead of Blade of The Ruined King however if you're splitpushing I wouldn't recommend it.

What I can say though is if you feel the situation is right swap that Guardians Angel for a Frozen Mallet or even Randuins Omen, both are great choices;

Randuins Omen is for lasting longer vs AD champions while slowing them so they can't escape once they get low;

however frozen mallet is for chasing champions because when you W+Hit with frozen mallets passive they're not getting away from you.

If you feel you need a more defensive start I recommend starting with a Dorans Shield and a health pot instead of longsword.
