Runes
These are the runes i usually take for Tryndamere. They aren't guaranteed to be the best, and you can use your own runes if you want. First of all, i take 9 flat Attack Damage Marks to give me more base AD early game. I take 9 critical damage Glyphs to deal more damage with my critical strikes. I also take 3 flat Attack Damage Quints for the same reason as why i get 9 Attack Damage Marks and i get 9 Seals of Armor to give me extra durability.
Generally, i go for ignite as it gives me some extra damage and it also can be used as a last hit, and can help you kill champions easily even if they are running away.
This is another great summoner spell as it can help you chase down enemys or since Tryndamere isn't so good at escaping ganks, you can use this to flash over a wall and run away. Note that Tryndamere's spinning slash can go through walls, but it is much more predictable and much slower.
I recommend always getting Flash and Ignite and not any other Summoner spell.

Always get a Boots and Health Potion first. Boots of speed will give you extra movement speed and can be build into a Berserker's Greaves later on. I recommend going top (avoid going solo) and farm as much as possible. Try to last-hit, as that will grant to extra 10 fury which will give you extrs critical strike chance and can me consumed with Bloodlust to restore health. Don't recall until you get on the verge of death, or if you have at least 950 gold. Once you recall, buy Berserker's Greaves and a Long Sword if possible. Leveling Bloodlust will grant you ad so you won't really need a lot of AD until later on.
This is where you start becoming OP. By this time, you should've gotten Berserker's Greaves and Phantom Dancer and building towards your first Bloodthirster. Due to your Attack speed and your Critical trike chance, you should be farming like crazy and getting a lot of gold. Try to avoid champions with damage-over-time effects such as Darius or Teemo, as that can really screw up your Undying Rage if you ever have to use it. Try to get involved in teamfights, but don't rush in front and start spamming. Stay behind someone and keep damaging enemy champions and if they start running or if your team is losing, you can activate your Mocking Shout to decrease their AD and slow them if they have their backs turned on you. If people are still laning, just keep farming or kill weak jungle monsters like wraiths or wolves. Remember you can Spinning Slash through bushes.
Once you have gotten Berserker's Greaves, Phantom Dancer,at least one Bloodthirster and at least one Infinity Edge, you can start killing champions like mad. Slow them with Mocking Shout if they ever try to run or use Spinning Slash to catch up to them. Keep auto attacking and you should do at least 400 damage to them every second. Use your Bloodlust whenever necessary or your Undying Rage. Once you've nearly completed your complete build (1 Berserker's Greaves,1 Phantom Dancer,1 Bloodthirster, 1 Infinity Edge and 1 Blade of the Ruined King ) you should be able to solo baron nashor. Getting your whole team is not recommended as the enemy team can come in to steal the baron buff or destroy a turret. You should leave the rest of you team occupied as you get the legendary buff by yourself. When you are fighting the baron nashor, use your Spinning Slash whenever possible and also use Bloodlust whenever possible. Keep auto-attacking and if you really need it, use your Undying Rage. Once you have slain baron, go and kill enemy champions and get the gold. Once you have enough, return to buy Statikk Shiv and complete your build. In teamfights, you should target weak enemy champions first like Sona. Also let your ally's deal some damage to your enemy before you rush in for the kill. Once you are in late game, teamfights will happen often but mostly try to take down enemy champions that are by themselves or keep pushing a lane. With your complete build, you should be able to destroy all units in your way and kill their turret extremely quickly.
Thank you for reading my Tryndamere build guide. I hope it helped! I think Tryndamere is an amazing champion with his own unique skills to critically strike and to be immortal. Summing up everything, you should start with Boots and 3 Health Potion and farm. Then continue to mid game with Phantom Dancer and build towards a Bloodthirster and farm. Then during late game you should have tons of damage that grant a lot of health thanks to lifesteal, and should be farming for gold or killing champions. Getting a baron buff is good if you're planning to spend the rest of the game trying to push. Thanks again for reading my guide. I hope that you'll win more Tryndamere games and enjoy!!!
