Introduction

Hi everybody,

after playing a lot of different Champions, I found out that Twitch is the one who fits the best for my game style. What could be greater than to play an unvisible, ranged, fast moving char that gets every last hit?
Right, nothing!
I saw a lot of guides where Twitch is being played as full "normal" damage" char with moderate attack speed. I prefer to focuse my build on attack speed and crit chance to get the last hits and therefore a lot of gold.
Note: This way of playing our champion is a difficult one. Because we lack of survivability it is necessary to have big advantages on escaping (running as cowards until stealth is ready again).

Even if you are not my opinion, give it a try!

Runes

As already told in my introduction, we will focuse our Twitch on attack speed and crits. So lets start:
Greater Mark of Furor: With this rune we will have a crit chance of 82% at lvl 18, giving us a damage boost of 30% to most hits (namely 82% :P ).
Greater Seal of Alacrity: As we want to do a lot of damage in a short period of time we will need a high attack speed, so this is the best choice fo the seals.
Greater Glyph of Alacrity: What counts for the seals does also for the glyphs.
Greater Quintessence of Alacrity: Same for these.

Masteries

With the masteries we will pursuit our plan and chose a 23/0/7 allocation.

The one point I spend in Archmage's Sawy could be also spend in
if you don´t want to use or but is not recommended.
With and we will not have any mana problem during the game. All other masteris gives us a more dmg output.

Items

Start with and three to be able to stay a while in lane until you can buy the .
Next time you should go back is for buying which will give us the first boost in dps that leads in Sword of the Devine.
Our next step is wich will result asap in . Now it is time to chose what you buy first. If you are unsatisfied with your attackspeed (e.g. your enemies escape with almost no health), go for another , otherwise (e.g. when they bought armor and your dmg is to low) continue with via a B.F. Sword.
Normally the game will be finished at this point. If not, feel free to farm more gold by killing champions over the whole map to buy if you need armor penetration or for one of the above items (Phantom dance or Infinity Edge).

Skill Sequence

The first thing to learn is in order to scout bushes or to sneak to your enemy to make some damage. Hereby you should use the hit´n run tactic. Next thing is expunge which should be maxed out asap as this is the skill we take your enemies down. could be skiped as our allies has the job to cc the victims.

Summoner Spells

Because of our missing chance to survive a fight where we will be focused, it is very important to have some abilities to escape. For those situation I use and but they are also good to outrun an escaping enemy. Even tower diving is, played well, possible.

Summary

As you saw, this build goes completely on attack speed and crit chance. Because of the low survivability you will definitively lose a 1vs1 fight if you´re not feeded. So it is very very important to let a mate begin the fight. You will stealth up and attack 1 - 2 sec. afterwards. A great positioning is also needed in order not to be suprised by other enemy champions or to be able to escape immediatly after your target is dead. In big team fights you can stay longer if you have a good eye on combat situation.
Be sure not to overestimate yourself, kill´n run is the way this build is played the best.

PS: Don´t forget to use the active ability of Sword of the Devine!
