This champion can seriously WRECK a Twitch. His Spinning Axes are an extreme damage boost only matched by Vayne's Silver Bolts, and even then, hardly so. He has an effective farm, and Twitch happens to be one of the only ADCs with the problem of escaping him.

Summary

This is an offensive late game carry Twitch. It utilizes Manamune for swell farm and also better bursting. Burst Twitch is much more viable than sustained DPS Twitch. It gives the ability to just hit harder with the E damage.

* Not good sustained damage

Other Items?

Other good items on Twitch are:
Youmuu's Ghostblade- Yet again, good if you know what you're doing with this. Personally despise it myself.
Black Cleaver- It gives good armor penetration against tanky teams. Last Whisper is good if you want that cheaper.
Sword of the Occult- I know what you are thinking. Why? You can turn GAMES around with this thing. Imagine all the AD!
BotRK- I have a change if heart about this item for Twitch. It works well with his E. But I still don't like it. Too expensive, and active based.
