my build:Wriggles lantern-> Zerk greaves -> Black cleaver, then stack bloodthirsters and replace wriggles with randiuns omen it destroys pretty much anyone great tank buster build it's what i use in ranked and it works well.

Yeah, less a super gank build more lane helper late game destroyer.

I'ts an alright build though it takes to long to to get a standerd ad/ls build will do much better than this
