Udyr is a great junglet with his Tiger Stance wich doeslot of damage and increases your attack speed. Then if you buy a Sheen your will have a high damage burst that's why I choose to maximize Q. Therefore I upgrade Turtle Stance to have a better survival potential, and I think that it's better to up Phoenix Stance because your damages will be increases by this spell contrary Bear Stance wich just upgrade the movement speed bonus.
III. Summoner Spells

Smite is required by junglers. Some champions can jungle without it but your buff then baron or dragon steal is possible. So I use Smite everytime with Udyr.

(For advanced players , you can counter the jungler with the ennemies buffs steal)
Ghost is so funny with Udyr because when you gank with your Bear Stance and Ghost you have a really high movement speed which will surprise the Top champion who will see you too late. That's how you will succeed all of your ganks.

(Obviously you can gank without your ghost).
