Introduction
NOTE: This is a late game build, it is very expensive, if you play this try to get kills early and fast, its the only way you'll complete the item set.
Runes
I just like attack speed, and since this is an attack speed build, i go balls to the wall. A high base attack speed helps out early game, especially with the attack speed boost from Wilding Claw. For alternative rune builds I would go with Armor and magic resistance or attack damage or a mix of all 3.
The current mastery page allows you to deal a lot of damage. At max you have a 7.5% bump to your damage, which translates into roughly 50 extra damage a second. This isn't a huge bump, but every little bit helps in the beginning.
This is a good alternative:utility are primarily for the speed boost, I also put them in offense, it just depends on how i'm going to play Udyr.

This is my favorite set, but different games need different set ups. Madred's Bloodrazor and maw of malmortious are great against tanks or ability power teams. I just heavily recommend the first Bloodthirster and Phantom Dancer, use your discretion for late game items past these.
It doesn't matter. I build Wilding Claw fast and early with Blazing Stampede, but its all up to you.
Heal can sustain you in the jungle if you would otherwise be S.O.L. I like it for a hp boost for ganks and sustainable jungling with as few recalls as possible. Ignite is a favorite of mine, but only as long as i get a good leash on blue early in the game. If you don't have a reliable leash, use Smite. Exhaust helps early ganks, but i don't use it much late game. It is also a great spell to use to escape from ganks, when combined with Blazing Stampede. I have also used Ghost as a way to get ganks fast. When you combine Ghost and Blazing Stampede, it is almost impossible to outrun you, and the stun from Blazing Stampede will help you pick up an easy kill(possibly)).
