Firstly I just wanted to say Iam level 30, I used to play LOL all the way back in season 1 before Dota 2 came out. After I switched over to a new laptop Dota 2 had isses with it so I moved back to Season 3. Now I admit all that you have laid out before me is good advice for most people. I however already know all this. I dont think you realize that this guide isnt fully comeplete. I needed some initial feed back from the community before I go ahead and continue with it. So far I have mentioned nothing of Ranked play, for a good reason. I think there are better option for Tanks than Udyr. I can see why you thought I wasnt Lvl 30, my love for MOBA games has always stemmed out from creativity and experimenting with heroes. As I have said Udyr fits that bill for me, I realize you think that meta game standards are absolute, but I simply wished to change people minds with this guide. I admit it has its flaws, thought you seriously undestimate the Udyr stun as I can see you probably havent played him too much. In any case, I do thank you for your advice even though I know most of it already. I have played Udyr as a jungler and bruiser as well, I find both are very much useful in a team, and while I know quite a bit about DoTA 2 Meta I still have yet to learn about the LOL meta. I do hope you understand, that my build is not complete and this was only a test. In the mean time, I encourage you to try tanking Udyr yourself as I have one many games with this idea even ranked games. Thanks for you time.

Why Udyr isn't a real tank.
The easiest way of showing you why Udyr isn't a tank is by giving you examples of two really good solo top tanks; Shen and Malphite. Shen and Malphite are good tanks because their skills not only benefit from defensive stats ( Shen's passive Ki Strike and Malphite's Ground Slam) but also because they have really great disruption. With disruption I mean hard cc like taunts, stuns and knock ups. They pin down enemies and make them lose control of their champion for a while. A tank needs this to defend his team by making the enemy unable to do damage to the carries. Shen has Feint and Malphite has Unstoppable Force. Both of these abilities can hit the whole enemy team. Udyr lacks this. all he has is a short stun that you won't be able to put on more than 2 enemies. This means he can't be a solid tank.
Now I might take you out of your confortzone. You were used to playing him as a tank, but I hope you understand now why that doesn't work. The way to play Udyr is as a Bruiser. I'm going to explain bruiser for you and then i'll tell you why Udyr is such a good one.
A bruiser is basically a Carry-hunter. Your goal is to go through the enemy team to reach the carry and to keep him busy and if you can kill him. Going through an enemy team is dangerous so you will need to build tanky. Not full on Tank but tanky. the reason you don't build full on tank is because you must be able to do damage to the enemy carry. You were close with building tank but now I'll show you some items you need to be a bruiser.
Frozen Mallet is a really good item for a bruiser. It gives heath (to go through the enemy team) a little attack damage (to kill the carry) and the most important part: a slow on every attack you do. This slow makes sure your target cant escape and makes you a successful carry-hunter.
Because you aren't lvl 30 yet i can't advise you on the lane you should take because that doesn't work below lvl 30. Most of the things i've said won't be useful for you yet. This is mostly to show you you aren't capable of writing a guide. I'm still not trying to insult you, I'm trying to protect you from trolls and less tolerant people. This build will be bashed into the ground and there is nothing you can really do about it because you don't understand whats wrong with it.
I would suggest to archive this build, play the game more, learn, start to grasp the basics of team-building, maybe even watch a LoL-tournament. Seeing the Pros play and with the help of the commentary you can learn so much from it. You are perfectly able to write a solid guide but just not jet. First i wanted to explain everything but then i realized it isn't going to help you so i'll stop right here and hope you'll forgive me for that.
The masteries are really bad, the summoner spells are even worse. Udyr isn't a real tank because he doesn't have enough disruption.
Your starting item won't work. Tank is a role and not a position. Wall of text is really atrocious and you have a serious amount of spelling mistakes.
Normal masteries are with 21 points in one tree and 9 in another. This is the case because with 21 points you reach the last skill in a tree and the 9th skill in a tree is a really good one in most cases (like Veteran's Scars ). Note: This doesn't necessarily apply to supports with the recent masteries, but support Udyr is a no-go.
Heal is a spell that isn't used very often anymore because there is an item that gives the same effect; Locket of the Iron Solari. If your support (or jungler) gets this item you benefit more from other summoner spells.
Barrier is a spell for an ADC (AD-carry) when there isn't much cc (crowd-control) on the opposing team. Otherwise he would get Cleanse. A tank shouldn't get this spell because it isn't beneficial for a tank to stay alive. A tank should be a target for the enemy so your allies can kill the enemy off.
Flash, Exhaust and Ignite are better spells for a tank/bruiser.
Flash is to reposition yourself. Udyr has an awesome stun with his Blazing Stampede but the enemy will run away (nobody wants to be stunned) so a Flash can help you keep up with them or even surprise them over a wall. if things are going wrong you can use Flash as your Gtfo ability.
Exhaust shuts down somebody's damage significantly, whether it's damage from spells or from auto-attacks. It also slows somebody really hard so if you see an enemy without his team you can pin him down and kill him.
Ignite gives a flat amount of damage. You might say that a tank isn't the one that should do damage and that a carry should get it. this is partially true. There are people that like Ignite on their carry because it can give you a kill in the laning phase. A kill in the laning phase means you get stronger and gives you an edge that can win you the game. in teamfights in the lategame Ignite loses it's worth on a carry. A carry does enough damage without it. A reason to get it on a tank is because even though you don't build any damage (you build tank items) you still do some damage. Ignite can help you get a kill vs your lane opponent so early game its a good one as well. Lategame a carry does a lot of DPS (damage per second) so if a carry stays alive longer he will do more damage. A carry could use something like Barrier for that. A tank doesn't have to stay alive. He should disrupt and absorb a lot of damage. because you don't necessarily have to stay alive you could use your summoner spells to do some damage so Ignite is a possibility.
To be continued, my break is finished and I should start working again
