Oh, and i left the points in perseverence solo because i don't die much and having the extra health and mana regen is better than less dead time for me

Well, what else should he take?
Smite without Smite or Archmage's Savvy for more ability power he does not need? ;)

It is just a filler talent so do not punish him hard because he wants to invest more points into the offensive tree. That would be a little unfair.

On the other side the author should not skill Ignite even if he uses the summoner as it is a wasted talent point for Talon :)

Also I would not recommend to set more than one point into Perseverence as these are wasted points, too.
