you can either chose for last item tornmail or banshees depending on enemy team
,if you like to farm more then take after boots a wriggles

ghost to run/survive/hunt its a good combo if u see her tenacity and i chose exhaust to gank

she has so much survivabilty she will be unkillable all her dmg comes from her true dmg/sheen/and maybe even tornmail
can slow enemys with randiums to and maybe exhaust if needed for a succesfull gank

a wriggles is always helpfull to gain hp from minions/jungle/gain wealth

this build is really helpfull to iniate/survive from ganks or even gank
