The gear layout is made for TT but with some variation can work as a top build in SR. It has a high spike to enter fights, your skills will help you initiate and disrupt the enemy team, while this item set will give you extremely high sustained damage thought the fight. The Zephyr is purely a late game item for when you've finished your build, simply sell your boots and replace them with the Zephyr. I'm not going to list how to use your skills but I will note that you shouldn't ult until you have them pulled nice and close 8)
