tips on what you have now:
masteries: get 3% move speed, it is so good it's not even funny. For sure get it if jungling.
items: don't get philostone, you don't really need it and if you aren't building shurelyas it's a waste of early game money.

skill points: get taunt at level 3, rammus is such a good ganker, just powerball isn't really enough. however the taunt + W makes it pretty op.
that's all I have to say so far!

@Nerun I'm confused on what you are trying to say, your saying too keep heart of gold and build into Shurelia's? I think you meant Philosopher's Stone. Overall, thanks for the tip and for the positive feed back! :D

I'd like to have a little explanation on why keep heart of gold even when builing banshee's on AP heavy teams... I mean, it's a good idea, but you could maybe run a philo's and turn it into a Shurelia's later on :) that would provide you some extra team utility, as well as hp regen and mana regen, even some slight bulkiness from the hp it provides!

Anyways, that's my little hint for you ;) +1 ed
