Fiddlesticks laning is very straight forward, you poke with E CONSTANTLY, W helps you sustain in lane and is a good method for shoving the lane. Your passive gives you constant vision of river bush. When an enemy hard engages on you, Q and W and you should win most trades. You can win a 2v1 if you are getting ganked when you have ult up.
