So this is the build I use, when I play Garen, since i'm only level 23, I just do normal PvP. This is my first build guide. Please comment and let me know what you think :)

All these games were PvP, a couple of them were with my friend playing too.

In the beginning, you just have to play it safe, and keep poking you opponent, watch out for ganks, and last hit minions, you should be fine, only go after a kill, if they are almost dead and you're sure you can get the kill. Garen is a PRO turret diver too, so once you get your build going, don't be afraid to turret dive to get the kill. Once team fighting starts, since you're a tank, you need to initiate the fights, because of your W you can take even more damage, and with your Q you can easily get away if you need to. The only BAD matchups I've had with this build are, Teemo, and Darius. Teemo's poison darts and shrooms are super OP, and I hate him, because even if you manage to kill him and get away, the poison will still kill you a lot. Luckily Teemo is squishy, so you just need to be super careful around him, and wait for your chance to get him. Darius on the other hand is not squishy, his bleeding messes me up when I go against him in the early game, but once the game progresses and you get your build going, you should mess him up. Other than that, just beat the **** out of your enemies and dance a lot.
