The Trinity Force is available, I don't use it many times but Varus can benefit from this item, the only cons are, in my view, the high cooldown of his spells, unlike ez Mystic Shot, GP Parrrley or lucien passive Lightslinger, varus's spells don't work a lot with spellblade.

This build allows Varus to deal blight to multiple champions and minons at once allowing him to deal extra damage more often. The only thing this build is missing is a trinity force which I feel would make Varus an even bigger threat than Corki.
