You could switch your Title, "Varus - The arrow of retribution" is too mainstream (ok, i'm hipster, but everyone will put a guide with the exactly words that you use too. Be crative, create things like: "Varus - Q to Win" or some quote from him. Anyway, change it and you'll receive a +1.

And I agree with Razormaul, FoN isn't good against AD champions (the heal can work it, but you need more health to be effective), but is good against AP or Damage Overtime champions (such as Malzahar, Teemo and Singed.

You describe Varus' passive as one that force the player to last hit properly, but you don't recommand to take "Butcher" mastery, which is one of the best to do so :c (it's also a good point for W).

Flash exhaust, right, why not flash ignite to pick up kills ? Or cleanse to save your *** from soft/hard CC ?

In "other item" part, there is nothing about QSS or BV, which are great items that I consider better than GA when it comes about staying alive.
