I go by the name Skelenox online and I have been playing League of Legends since season 11. I come from a MOBA background and used to play games such as csgo and Heroes of Newerth. My first ranked season was season 11 and hit bronze playing casually, then the next day I tried harder and got to Bronze 2. After that I played League of Legends more casually with friends and maintained Bronze 1. I started ranking again in Season 11 and hit Silver within 2 weeks. I started trying and got bronze by playing Vayne. Now I am looking to achive Challenger.

In this guide, ill be giving you Common tips, item choices and what runes to choose from. By the end, you should be ready to tilt everyone.

While the build is perfect and its god's gift for the lowly peasant, i would recommend molding to fit your playstyle.

Magical Footwear:

The extra movement speed is always great for kiting and chasing. Additionally the extra 300 gold is always great.

Future's Market: I'm going to level with you. I'm a sucker for value. For me, the faster i get blade of the ruined king, the faster I can start laying down the law. However, Biscuit is still a good option for when you want that sustain.

Cosmic Insight: Having that extra dodge mobility and being able to e more is always great. Additionally, because of vaynes passive and Glacial, I find cosmic insight to be kinda overkill. Tonic might be good, especially with hard match ups.

Just gonna talk about the secondary runes you can choose.

Precision:
The Runes I shown before are pretty good. In fact there is a lot to choose from that work great, depending on who you and your opponent are.

Triumph: gaining 12% of your health is amazing, and that 20 gold really adds up. If you know you are going to curb stomp this idiot, use it.

Tenacity: It's good sometimes when your facing a dude with hard slow abilities. However, i honestly would not recommend it 9 times out of ten. Personally, in my opinion as a bronze player, if you're getting value out of legend tenacity as Vayne you really need to work on positioning and dodging.

Legend Alacrity: A really great rune for vayne. For most people, the attack speed is too good to miss. However, in my opinion, I believe that vayn struggles a lot during lane phase. especially since this build lacks taste of blood and ravenous hunter. However, i think it comes to personal choice. Im not your mom! You are the boss in this movie! Decide for yourself chief!

Overheal: With bloodline and botrk you are going get a horse load of healing. I feel however that it takes up a rune slot that can be better used


Domination:

Honestly the domination tree is also pretty solid. Will update with a build after more testing.

Cheap shot: The Synergy with cheap shot and Glacial brings to my eye

Sudden Impact: Works with her q amazingly. However, I honestly feel Cheap shot is just way better.

Ravenous Hunter/ taste of blood: Always going to be a great runes.

Resolve:

It's decent.

Unflinching: while i dont like legend tenacity, vayne kinda struggles with slow resist and this might help

Revitalize: I kinda like this, especially if with bloodthirster and botrk. However I think stuff like bloodline and ravenous hunter just do revitalizes job way better.

You really want to be as annoying as possible. That means a whole lot of kiting. A lot. With BOTRK, Bloodthirster and bloodline, you'll have a lot sustain. But, don't go all rambo on their butts. While pretty close, I just found out you arent god :)

1. You want the minions kinda in the middle of the lane.

Vayne can get screwed over hard by jungle ganks, so make it near impossible for them to gank you. So don't overextend, but also don't farm under tower.
2. Make sure to buy control wards.

The rule of thumb is to buy 3-5 control wards a game.

3. Rush Antiheal

This is extremely critical. Even when you aren't facing people like Aatrox, with stuff like conqueror, taste of blood, and ravenous hunter and Shieldbow in the game, it's important to pick it up before its too late.

4. Minion Damage.

Vayne tops' biggest weakness. Minions will do a butt load of damage, so always keep this in mind.

5. Auto Attack Range

Do not let these idiots come close. Know their range, and know yours. This is critical.

6. Know your matchup

This is meant for pissing off tanks. Remember that.

7. Please for the love of god, have a good idea where the enemy jungler is.

Top lane is going to be tilted and will spam ping for ganks. That means, you want to have a general idea where their jungler is, and what they are doing at all times.

Basically, you have to ask yourself: "If he uses that ability, am I guarenteed dead?"
I would recommend rushing qss against mordekaiser and warwick.
But honestly, it really depends on what team you are facing. I bet you'll know the time is right, like it was mentioned in the prophecy.
However it important to tell you that qss removes a lot of stuff people forget a lot.
