Well your guide could work but there are some things missing

I suggest you use jhoijhoi's guide on how to make a guide. The way yours is formatted it is very unpleasing to the eye. Also I feel many of your item choices need to be explained, along with an example final build. Blade of the Rune King should be noted to only be a good item against a very heavy team or one that has a lot of armor. I also personally dislike Triforce on Vi. Their are a lot of people who are misled unto thinking that the Offensive tree is good on Vi. Look at the Defensive build and see what you can get from a 9/21/0 distribution, the offensive tree does not have much to offer after the first 9 points. The guide has potential but nothing to set it apart from the other guides previously posted here on Mobafire.

Your guide looks nice, but I can tell you're not done yet. Might want to hurry up before people start downvoting O.o
Also, Havoc isn't that great a mastery to put points into. WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT DEVDEVIL? YOU'RE SO DUMB AND STUPID FOR THINKING THAT.
Well...let me explain! O.o
2% increased damage isn't as effective as putting points into Butcher and Destruction , you see. Butcher provides easier last hitting for minions and Destruction, well, obviously you can take down turrets faster. But, it's up to you :/
