Not Updated For Current Season
I made this guide because i think that Viktor can serve as a great support, and is extremely underestimated as a support role. Because he can create a lot of cc for his team, and without the big AP items he stills deal a great amount of damage.
* Great Mark of Resilience: Don't need damage or penetration as support, so get armor as its probable a ad you are up against.
* Great Seal of Resilience: The more Armor the harder you are to kill and gives you a upper hand in lane phase against those range ad carries. And because armor is boosted on Seal runes.
* Great Glyph of Shielding: Need some Magic Resist, for the team fights.
* Great Quintessence of Avarice: Gives you higher income, that you are going to need since you probably ain't going to get that much farm.
Flash: Viktor ain't got no escape spells so highly recommend this so you aren't a to easy target for ganks.
Exhaust: Make's it easy for you ad carry to pick up kill.
Clairvoyance: I don't suggest this because it's a supports role to place wards for good vision and if you do it right you don't need. And is kinda useless i team fights.
We want to max Gravity Field because it not you're job to do the damage, it you're job to support. Then Power Transfer to make you a little more tanky in fights. At last we take Death Ray at that time you probably have Rylia's crystal scepter that's make it extremely is for you and you're team to catch enemies.
The choice of items is to create maximum cold down reduction, lots of cc, and a little bit more sustain.
Augment: Gravity Because it make it easy to cc enemies, and you get 10% cold down reduction so you constantly can through cc in those summoners face's.
You can of course change Eleisa's Miracle out with Will of the Ancients but the reason why i don't do that at the start is to get as much out of that sweet gold per 5 the "Philosopher's Stone" give
The same goes for Deathfire Grasp a create this to get as much out of the gold per 5 Kage's lucky Pick gives. But i also do it to get max cold down reduction (40%). You can also change this out with [Athene's Unholy Grail] because its you a little bit more sustain, you never run out of mana and you don't lose the nice 40% cold down reduction.
Thank you very much, for trying out this guide, its my first one so go easy on me :P, would love all the feedback no matter if its positive or negative :D.
