I've taken all of your suggestions into account, I'll be updating soon. I take pride in how good I can do with Viktor, so any suggestions that will even make me better greatly appreciated. I'll be sure to take a look at your Jax guide, I can't say that I know much about Jax in general, but the quality of a guide can be easily judged.

Before I say anything, I just have to say that this is a nice start, so I'm giving you a +1, I really enjoyed how you made the guide easy to look at with the pictures put in between sections.

Now, to help this guide get even better, I'm going to tell you a few things that I would suggest. First off, I am a bit curious as to why you go 22-0-8, as normally AP mids go 21-0-9, getting rid of the fourth point in Mental Force for Runic Affinity so that you can keep blue buff and red buff longer if you kill the enemy jungler or your jungler gives you blue buff. These sorts of things make it much easier to spam and harrass with Power Transfer and Death Ray. Prioritize explaining this a bit better if you could. For Viktor's abilities, you didn't mention his passive, and while it isn't an activated spell, you should still describe it no matter how obvious it may be. Some people don't know about his passive, Evolving Technology. Something else I feel should be added is a skilling order section, as adding this would enable you to explain why you level up what you do first. Another thing to prioritize besides masteries would be going into a little more depth aboout the early, mid, and late game. Something I noticed is that you are going to be adding laning opponents so I don't have to mention adding that. My final suggestion is that you describe Death Ray a bit better, as it is very hard to use when people don't know how it works.
